My main focus is suicide prevention and I’ve been involved in some really great projects both locally and nationally, particularly see say signpost and cocaethylene linked deaths. I mainly represent locally on the Suicide and Self Harm, Children and Young People’s forums.

I’ve been a local rep since April 2018 and national rep since Summer 2019. I’m passionate about mental health education and early intervention.

My own lived experience is complex with family history and varied diagnoses and treatments – including bipolar, BPD and currently ADHD with Cyclothymia.

My professional background is graphic design and I created Mindarium magazine in 2017 and then set up Mindarium CIC in 2019 which aims to publish and share MH lived experience. I’m also a fully trained Samaritan and Time to Change Digital Champion.
